Find Footwear With Flair At MR Angel Shoes

If you visit any upmarket restaurant, on any high street in the UK, you will notice one overarching truth about male fashion – whilst things might be looking great from the head down, everybody looks the same when it gets to the feet. At a time when the male fashion industry is coming on leaps and bounds, and male models like David Gandy are becoming as famous as their female counterparts, it seems absurd that there is still so little variety when it comes to men’s designer shoes.

The question to be asked is, why does it continue to be so uncommon for guys to inject a little style and flair into their footwear? Why is it that so many men are afraid to ask for more when it comes to shoes? This distinct lack of variety within the male footwear market is responsible for the homogenous styles currently taking over the world, and here at MR Angel Shoes, we want things to change.

Stand Out From the Crowd

We believe that the market is crying out for unique men’s shoes, and that fashion conscious gents really do appreciate more choices when it comes to colour, style, materials, and designs. If you are a firm advocate of the belief that style starts from the ground up, it is time to unleash your potential, and find some footwear with personality at MR Angel Shoes.

The bottom line is that high quality men’s designer shoes not only stand the test of time, they tend to be robust when it comes to weathering changing trends too. A good pair of shoes is not like a sweater or a scarf – if you pick the right one, and you team it with the right things, you will always end up on the right side of the style spectrum.

Add a Little Flair to Your Wardrobe

There are a handful of styles which have managed to establish themselves as modern classics; things like brogues, loafers, cowboy boots, and even moccasins. These choices will always be quintessentially stylish, so you can afford to have a little fun with them. There is no need to settle for the same old boring black or tan Oxfords, because MR Angel Shoes offers some of the most unique and innovative designs on the market.

If there is one glaringly obvious mistake that you need to avoid, it is giving in to the notion that the best shoes are always the cheapest choice. Whilst MR Angel Shoes offers some of the most competitive and affordable prices available, we are also keen to stress that quality always comes first. In other words, you should treat your footwear as an investment – shop for the long term, and your shoes will last as long as you do.

Settle for Nothing but the Best

The best part is if you fail to find a style which suits you among the wide range of footwear choices on offer at MR Angel Shoes, we will give you the opportunity to design your own. Plus, once made, they will be delivered direct to your front door. This synergy of fashion and convenience is what makes our products and our service so special, and we believe that we offer some of the most attractive and unique men’s shoes on the market.

As a family run business, our values are based on reliability, flexibility, and great customer service. If it is your job to expert the very best out of your footwear, it is our job to provide it. We understand what men are looking for when it comes to shows, and we know how to provide it at a great price. Should You Match Your Belt To Your Shoes? | A Guide To Wearing Belts

To answer this question.....your belt doesn't necessarily have to match your Dress Shoes....but it should complement them. When you are dressed in a suit or formal wear, your belt shouldn't be overwhelming and should compliment not only your shoes but your overall look.
Formal Dress Shoes for MenHowever, when it comes to casual wear, you can go wild with the type of belt that you wear.....your belt can now become the centrepiece of your entire look!

There are a variety of different belts available in the marketplace and my goal with this post to to show that there is more to the humble belt than being a piece of leather that holds up your trousers.

Braided Belts

These are a great alternative to the plain leather belt that can be worn when you want to wear something different belt-wise that is unobtrusive. They add a textural element to your outfit and also compliments your look. Another great feature with this belt is that you are not limited to just the 6 or so adjustment holes that you have in your typical leather belt. With the braided belt, your have the whole belt to use to adjust for a more comfortable fit.
To buy men's dress shoes, visit http://www.mrangelshoes.com I like to match this type of belt with nice pants, a sports jacket and also a pair of dress shoes that compliment the colour of the belt for the more casual get together.

Leatherback Ribbon Belts

When you think about these belts, you often think about where you would wear them - sailing, playing golf and wearing boat shoes. These belts are very versatile as they are in essence a reversible belt. On one side, it is all leather and means business and on the other side of the belt, there is usually a funky patterned material or a strong accents colour that could really be a conversation starter and also a centrepiece of your outfit.
Probably the biggest downfall for Leatherback Ribbon Belts is the inability to wear them for very formal events.....it is more of a casual belt.

mens dress shoes Leather Work Belts

These belts are usually made out of the outer layer of the cows hide which makes them more tougher, stronger and stiffer than other leather belts. This style of belt is usually constructed with a snapped loop with makes it customisable as you can change up the buckle to suit your outfit or to make your belt the centrepiece of your overall look.
This Belt style is ideal for men who like to collect and show off their belt buckles.

Tooled Leather Belts

Tooling is the process of stamping a design onto the leather which is then usually darkened to make the design stand out more. Like the Work Belts, the tooled leather belts are usually made so that you can have interchangeable buckles and is once again perfect for that man who like to collect and show their buckles off.

Canvas Belts

Mens Casual Dress ShoesCanvas Belts are usually constructed out of thick canvas material in various colours with metal square buckles that are of a plain, functional style. Most time, the buckle is a flat buckle containing a sliding peg, which pins the strap in place at the desired position. Perfect belt for your very casual outings like hiking, camping, fishing, etc and a staple uniform item for Boy Scouts.

As you can see, there are many different types of belts available in the marketplace today.....it all depends on what type of belt you are looking for and whether it will be purposeful for your needs.
To get back to the original question.....Yes, I think that your belt should compliment your Dress Shoes but at other times, I think that you should let you Belt be the star!

Which Dress Shoes Do I Wear For Which Occasion?

With life being so busy in this modern world, we are often attending events and occasions of many kinds. Do you ever have trouble with picking the right pair of Dress Shoes to go with what you are wearing? I am going to try and untangle this web of confusion and provide some helpful facts and tips for choosing the right Dress Shoes for the the different kinds of events and occasions.

Casual Get Together with Friends

Beautiful Pair of shoes that will match well with Jeans
Let's begin with understanding what it is that you will be wearing. Most probably a nice clean pair of Jeans and a shirt with/or without a jacket of some suit (like a leather jacket or casual dress blazer). Now that we have a rough idea of what you will be wearing, we can get to the business of choosing and matching the right pair of Dress Shoes to your outfit.
With casual get togethers, you don't want to wear shoes that look too formal but then again, you don't want to be wearing runners or sneakers either. You need to find a pair of Dress Shoes that meet in the middle. Maybe play around with the colour of the leather, the different toe styles and find shoes that you feel you will be able to get the most out off - that you know you will be able to wear a lot.

Formal Events (Such as weddings, work related events, etc....)

Stunning Dress Shoes with a bit of spark and
personality in the design that will match very well with a suit or tuxedo
Again, we will begin with what you will be wearing - A suit with a shirt and maybe a tie or bow tie (depending on how formal the event is). When in a more formal situation, you want to steer clear of Dress Shoes that are you can wear for more casual situations (in other words, shoes that you can wear with jeans and a t shirt!!!).
When choosing Formal Dress Shoes, you need to look at a few things, namely the toe shape, the length of the toe and also the style of the design. Shoes for formal occasions should be just that....shoes that you will only wear for formal occasions.

In reality, Choosing the right pair of Dress Shoes for you isn't rocket science.  If you just ask yourself these questions when you are looking at buying Dress Shoes, then you should be able to determine for yourself whether they are the right pair of Shoes for you and the event you are attending.

  1. Where do you intend to wear this shoes?
  2. What will you wear with these shoes?
  3. Does this shoe marry with your personality and sense of style?
  4. Will you wear this shoe all the time?
If you like the shoes featured in this blog post, you will find them and more unique styles at MR Angel Shoes.

Matching Your Dress Shoes With Your Jeans

Quite often I get asked this question – “How do I know that these Dress Shoes will match all of my jeans? We all know that jeans come in all different colours, styles and cuts……which make this question a very viable question to ask. I am going to try and show you what style of Men’s Dress Shoes go best for each of the different cuts of jeans that you may have in your wardrobe.

The Boot Cut
The Boot Cut
This is a very classic cut that I am sure every man in this world has a least one pair of this style of jeans in their wardrobe. This cut is a very versatile cut that will go with almost every style of shoes available for men. This cut was originally designed to be worn with boots and you will see that at the bottom of the leg in this style, it tapers out ever so slightly to allow room for boots to be worn underneath the jeans. You can wear any style with this jean cut – pointy toed, round toed, square toed, boots, casual Dress Shoes….the list is endless.

The Straight Cut
The Straight Cut

Another classic cut in the world of jeans. This cut is similar to the boot cut and can be worn with any style of dress shoe. The only difference is that it doesn't taper out at the bottom of the leg which could make it a bit more difficult to wear boots with this cut. Beside this, it is another versatile style of denim that you can wear almost any style of Dress Shoe available on the market.

The Skinny Jean
The Skinny Jean

A style of jeans that has more recently become popular in the world of Men’s Fashion – mainly among Generations X & Y. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of this cut of jeans but this style is perfect if you are on the shorter side (stature-wise).In this case, I recommend that you wear the skinny jean with pointy toed or the longer toed Dress Shoes as it elongates your leg and makes you appear taller. This style of Jeans doesn't appeal to the taller person so much as it make them appear taller and accentuates this and makes them look too tall and lanky.

Chinos
Chinos

A more casual cut that you can wear with any type of shoes - sneakers or canvas shoes as well as dressing them up with the wide range of Dress Shoes available out there. I have a few pairs of this style in my own wardrobe because I love the versatility of them. I recommend wearing these pants with Pointy toed Dress Shoes as it also elongates your leg (like the Skinny Jeans). However this cut isn't meant to be worn tight like the skinny jean.

There is no exact science to matching your Dress Shoes to your jeans and clothing. In the end, it all comes down to you personality, sense of Style and ultimately what you are comfortable wearing.
